This is a new Relic set released only in version 4.3, with high stat values and a mechanic that fits Himeko · Nova perfectly. Most of the time, this new set is the optimal choice. Its versatility is also decent — if you farm too many pieces, they can also be used on Phainon, Mydei, Archer, and other characters.

Genius of Brilliant Stars

If you have a top-tier Quantum set, you can also use it directly. Thanks to the high value of the defense-reduction multiplier bucket for Himeko · Nova, when running Sparkle (E0) in Quantum-weak content, the Quantum set can keep roughly even with As Navigator Isee Sees It. Stat Analysis

For main stats, Himeko is very lacking in CRIT Rate, so CRIT Rate on Body is a must. Since Himeko has a large self-buffed DMG boost, an ATK Planar Sphere yields better value than a Fire DMG one. Unless SPD tuning is required, Himeko generally runs ATK Feet.

For substats, before reaching 100% CRIT Rate, CRIT Rate substats are far more valuable than CRIT DMG and ATK%. Besides, the gap between CRIT DMG and ATK% substat value isn't that big, with CRIT DMG having a slight edge.
