How to Build Himeko • Nova in HSR Version 4.4? Pay Attention to the Stats!

Honkai: Star Rail version 4.4 has officially launched, and Himeko · Nova, the summer's headline DPS, has finally been released. I believe many companions who can't say no to Himeko and that cool robot have already pulled her without hesitation. So how should you build Himeko · Nova to maximize her strength? Today we bring you a build guide for Himeko · Nova, covering Light Cones, Relics, and team comps in full detail.

Light Cone Recommendations

Recommendation Priority: 「A Star That Lights the Night」 > 「Into the Unreachable Veil」 > 「Night on the Milky Way」 > 「Geniuses' Repose」 ≈ 「Today Is Another Peaceful Day」

Relic Recommendations

Outer Set (4-piece)

As Navigator Isee Sees It

HSR As Navigator Isee Sees It

This is a new Relic set released only in version 4.3, with high stat values and a mechanic that fits Himeko · Nova perfectly. Most of the time, this new set is the optimal choice. Its versatility is also decent — if you farm too many pieces, they can also be used on Phainon, Mydei, Archer, and other characters.

Genius of Brilliant Stars

HSR Genius of Brilliant Stars

If you have a top-tier Quantum set, you can also use it directly. Thanks to the high value of the defense-reduction multiplier bucket for Himeko · Nova, when running Sparkle (E0) in Quantum-weak content, the Quantum set can keep roughly even with As Navigator Isee Sees It. If you're running Sparkle at E2, the Quantum set can even pull ahead.

Inner Set (2-piece)

Fallen Star Anchorage

HSR Fallen Star Anchorage

This is a new inner set just released this version. For Himeko · Nova, it is a dedicated inner set with full coverage and zero cost. Its versatility is also decent — for example, Evernight + Trailblazer (Remembrance) or other main DPSes carrying Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae or Sunday, can all use this inner set.

The Wondrous BananAmusement Park

HSR The Wondrous BananAmusement Park

This set is a well-known versatile inner set. As long as you bring Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae, it also achieves full coverage and fully matches the stats of Fallen Star Anchorage. If you already have some stocked up, you can directly equip it.

Main Stat Recommendations

Body: CRIT Rate

Feet: ATK / SPD

Planar Sphere: ATK

Link Rope: ATK / Energy Regeneration Rate

Substat Recommendations

CRIT Rate >> CRIT DMG > ATK%

Stat Analysis

For main stats, Himeko is very lacking in CRIT Rate, so CRIT Rate on Body is a must. Since Himeko has a large self-buffed DMG boost, an ATK Planar Sphere yields better value than a Fire DMG one. Unless SPD tuning is required, Himeko generally runs ATK Feet.

For substats, before reaching 100% CRIT Rate, CRIT Rate substats are far more valuable than CRIT DMG and ATK%. Besides, the gap between CRIT DMG and ATK% substat value isn't that big, with CRIT DMG having a slight edge.

Team Comp Recommendation

Himeko · Nova (E0)

Himeko · Nova + Sparkle + Sunday + Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae

HSR Himeko • Nova Team Comp

Himeko · Nova (E2)

Himeko · Nova + Sparkle + Tribbie / Mortenax Blade / Cerydra + Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae / Trailblazer (Remembrance) / Welt

HSR Himeko Team Comp

Himeko · Nova, as the simultaneous flagship DPS positioned alongside Phainon, heavily overlaps with Phainon in terms of treatment and role positioning. Her effects and performance at low-to-mid Eidolon levels also live up to expectations—this is a production that truly does the name "Himeko" justice.
