The time for Silver Wolf's new form has finally arrived. Our Silver Wolf has at last gained her strongest form yet—Silver Wolf LV.999. Many Trailblazers must have already pulled for Silver Wolf LV.999, so how should she be developed? This article brings you a comprehensive guide for developing Silver Wolf LV.999, covering Light Cones, Relics, and team compositions. Let's take a look.

1. Silver Wolf LV.999 - Light Cone Recommendations

"Welcome to the Cosmic City" > "When She Decided to See" > "Today's Good Luck" = "Mushy Shroomy's Adventures"

The free Ascension Phase 5 "Mushy Shroomy's Adventures" is the optimal choice among 4-star Light Cones in terms of pure damage output. However, it does not provide CRIT Rate, placing higher demands on Relic substats. Trailblazers without her signature Light Cone but willing to invest time in optimizing their Relics can consider it.

"Today's Good Luck" provides the valuable CRIT Rate stat, reducing the pressure on Relic substats and making it easier to achieve target stats. However, the currently obtainable "Today's Good Luck" is capped at Ascension Phase 3, giving it a slightly lower damage ceiling than the Phase 5 "Mushy Shroomy's Adventures." Choose "Today's Good Luck" if you prioritize stability and want to quickly finalize your build.

The Speed, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG provided by Yao Guang's Light Cone are all beneficial for Silver Wolf LV. 999. In terms of damage, this Light Cone offers the highest damage output after her signature one. However, it's important to note that, traditionally, anniversary DPS characters like Silver Wolf do not require Energy, and thus cannot benefit from the Energy regeneration effect on Yao Guang's Light Cone.

2. Silver Wolf LV.999 - Relic Recommendations

Outer Set (4-Piece)

Ever-Glorious Magical Girl

The 2-Piece set provides 16% CRIT DMG. The 4-Piece set also allows Elation DMG to ignore a portion of the target's DEF. For Main DPS characters on the Path of Elation, this is the only set worth considering.

Inner Set (2-Piece)

Punklorde Stage Zero

Provides 8% Elation and up to 32% CRIT DMG. For Silver Wolf, this is her signature Inner Set and the only choice.

Main Stat Recommendations

Body: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG

Feet: Speed

Planar Sphere: HP% / DEF%

Link Rope: HP% / DEF% / Break Effect

Substat Recommendations

Speed > CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG

Stat Analysis

For the Body piece, choose between CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG, with CRIT Rate being the higher priority. Although Silver Wolf LV. 999's hidden stat makes it easy to reach max CRIT Rate, you need to ensure a high enough base CRIT Rate to quickly reach the cap on the first action after using her Ultimate. Silver Wolf LV.999 converts Speed into damage output, so the Feet piece is fixed to Speed.

Elation DMG does not benefit from ATK or DMG Bonus increases, so both the Planar Sphere and Link Rope can be HP% or DEF%. If survivability is sufficient, the Link Rope can also equip Break Effect to increase the damage ceiling. For substats, prioritize stacking Speed first, then aim to maximize CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG as much as possible. Other stats provide minimal benefit.

3. Team Composition Recommendations

Silver Wolf 999 + Sparxie + Yao Guang / Trailblazer: Elation + Huohuo

Silver Wolf 999 needs to use her Ultimate to transform, so teammate selection should focus on how to let Silver Wolf 999 quickly use her Ultimate and maintain the rotation. Therefore, choose two teammates that can increase Elation Skill frequency or generate a large amount of Punchline—Sparxie / Yao Guang / Trailblazer: Elation—to accelerate Silver Wolf 999's setup. The survival slot, Huohuo, is the optimal choice. 

Although Huohuo's Ultimate doesn't directly help Silver Wolf 999 much, it can speed up the Ultimate rotation for Sparxie / Yao Guang / Trailblazer: Elation, indirectly increasing Silver Wolf 999's Elation Skill frequency.

Silver Wolf 999 + Asta + Trailblazer: Elation + Huohuo

If you have neither Sparxie nor Yao Guang, you'll have to use Trailblazer: Elation. For the other support slot, you can choose Asta, whose Ultimate increases the whole team's Speed. For Relics, choose the Messenger Traversing Hackerspace set.

As the Main DPS for the Elation system, Silver Wolf 999 requires a minimum investment of only E2. Silver Wolf and Sparks can form a budget Elation team. However, Elation teams rely more on the total Eidolon investment of the team, so it's better to pull for more Eidolons if possible. Silver Wolf doesn't require many specific stats; just focus on stacking Speed, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG, making her very easy to build completely.
