Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.0 has just been updated! Wishing all Trailblazers incredible luck in pulling Sparxie after the second-half warp update. Today, let me guide you through how to build Sparxie.
1. Honkai: Star Rail "Sparxie" - Usage Experience

1.1 Strengths:
① Can team up with the free character Sparkle
Sparkle paired with Sparxie, one generates Skill Points, the other consumes Skill Points. They complement each other well.
② Can generate a large amount of Punchline
Sparxie's repeated draw mechanic can generate a lot of Punchline, enhancing the strength of the Elation team.
1.2 Weaknesses:
① Damage isn't particularly overpowered
Sparxie is more suited for the role of a Sub-DPS in an Elation team. As the current Main DPS for Elation teams, her damage isn't inflated compared to Main DPS characters from Amphoreus like Castorice or Phainon.
2. Sparxie - Trace Upgrade
Upgrade every skill!

Talent Upgrade: Increases the Elation DMG of Enhanced Basic ATK and Ultimate while in the Well Done state.
Elation Skill Upgrade: Increases the DMG of the Elation Skill.
Ultimate Upgrade: Increases the DMG of the Ultimate.
Basic ATK and Skill Upgrade: Increases the DMG of Enhanced Basic ATK.
3. Sparxie - Light Cone Selection
The best choice is, of course, her signature Light Cone "Dazzled by a Flowery World", which increases CRIT DMG, raises the max Skill Point limit, boosts the whole team's Elation, and allows the wearer's Elation DMG to ignore a portion of DEF. It both boosts Sparxie's damage and provides team support.

The Battle Pass Light Cone "Today's Good Luck" is also a good option, increasing CRIT Rate and Elation.

You can also use an extra copy of Yao Guang's signature Light Cone "When She Decided to See". If both Yao Guang and Sparxie use "When She Decided to See", the CRIT DMG/CRIT Rate buffs for the whole team can stack.

If you really have no other Light Cones, use "Mushy Shroomy’s Adventures". If both Yao Guang and Sparxie use "Mushy Shroomy’s Adventures", the effect of increasing the enemy's taken Elation DMG can stack.

4. Sparxie - Relic Selection
Use "Ever-Glorious Magical Girl" for the Outer Set and "Tengoku@Livestream" for the Inner Set.

One is the Relic set for an Elation Main DPS, and the other is for a Skill Point-focused Main DPS; both are very suitable for Sparxie. For the Body piece, choose CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG; for the Feet, choose ATK%; for the Sphere, choose ATK%; for the Rope, choose ATK% or Energy Regeneration Rate. Elation DMG does not benefit from DMG Bonus increases, so you cannot use a Fire DMG Bonus Sphere. For sub-stats, look for CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and ATK%.
5. Sparxie - Team Composition Recommendations
Sparxie + Yao Guang + Sparkle + Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae

Currently, this is a semi-formed Elation team. Yao Guang triggers Aha's extra turn, Sparkle generates Skill Points, and Sparxie deals damage. If you don't have Yao Guang, you can also use the versatile Remembrance Trailblazer. Elation DMG scales with CRIT Rate/CRIT DMG for critical hits and can also generate True DMG. Elation DMG does not benefit from DMG Bonus, so support characters who excel at providing DMG Bonus, like Bronya and Sunday, are less effective.
6. Sparxie - Eidolons Introduction
E1: Gain Punchline. Increases all allies' Resistance PEN.
This is still part of Sparxie's team support capabilities, boosting the entire team's damage.

E2: When Aha's extra turn ends, Sparxie gains an extra turn and Punch Points. Consuming Punch Points increases her own CRIT DMG.
Primarily increases her own damage. A classic case of a sub-DPS's E2 transforming them into a Main DPS.

E4: Using her Ultimate grants Punchline and increases Elation.
Both Punchline and Elation can boost Elation DMG.

E6: Increases Resistance PEN. Elation Skill deals additional instances of DMG more times.
Further increases Sparxie's personal damage, especially the damage from her Elation Skill.

If Sparxie is used as a Sub-DPS, her E1 provides significant help to the team. If used as a Main DPS, her E2 represents a qualitative change.
7. Summary
Sparxie is the first Main DPS for the Elation Path, with a strong ability to generate Punchline. However, she is more of a Sub-DPS, so her damage isn't particularly overpowered.
