A: It's compatible with Apple, Android, and tablets!
For iPhone 12 and newer models, it attaches directly via MagSafe. (Excludes models without magnetic features, such as the iPhone SE.)
For all other devices (including Android phones, older iPhones, and tablets), simply use the included magnetic plate to attach the cooler.
Q2: What kind of power bank is required?
A: A standard power bank will not run the cooler at full capacity, resulting in approximately 70% cooling efficiency. To achieve maximum performance, a fast-charging power bank of 30W or higher is required.
Q3: Will using the magnetic plate reduce the cooling effect?
A: No. The magnetic plate is made from an innovative spring steel material and is ultra-thin at just 0.15mm. It is designed to not interfere with the cooling performance and is easy to apply and remove.
Q4: Can I use it with a phone case on?
A: The cooler can provide some cooling effect through a MagSafe-compatible case. However, for optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the cooler without a phone case.
