A: It's compatible with Apple, Android, and tablets!

A: A charger with 30W or higher output is required for normal operation.

Q4: Will using the magnetic plate reduce the cooling effect?
A: No. The magnetic plate is made from an innovative spring steel material and is ultra-thin at just 0.15mm. It is designed to not interfere with the cooling performance and is easy to apply and remove.

Q5: Can I use it with a phone case on?
A: The cooler can provide some cooling effect through a MagSafe-compatible case. However, for optimal performance, we strongly recommend using the cooler without a phone case.
